Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memorial – CityCentre, an IHG Hotel

My friends and I felt comfortable at this hotel! The area seems to be safe and there are plenty of stores nearby. It has that new feel to it. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning! The mirrors in the bathroom were so useful for getting ready because they have the halo light effect. Hotel locks at a certain time at night and you can't get in without a key which I liked. Everything was clean and neat. Houston is big however, we got to our destinations pretty quickly with Uber. Downtown doesn't seem very far, neither the galleria. Would highly recommend. 😊

Staff upon arrival was very friendly and was able to refer us to some great places to see during our down time in Houston. It is in a great location. Breakfast was good. It was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed having a table next to my side of the bed. Usually, the person on the outside (facing the wall) doesn't have anywhere to put stuff. This table was much appreciated.

We stay here often when traveling to or flying out of Houston. Always clean, comfortable, and an easy access location. Rooms are always clean and comfortable, breakfast a typical American buffet hotel breakfast; check in & out always a breeze. It's our go-to place to stay -- safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient.

I like the comfort, cleanliness and staff. The Regional Manager ensured me that guests can keep their staff at the storage of the Lobby if he checkout at 11:00 and has to go to airport at 5 or 6 p.m.

I love the location, the beds are comfortable.
